AIM CROIT–IAM CARES is an organization which works with business, industry and labour to provide innovative employment opportunities, training, research and analysis services aimed at promoting a diverse and skilled workforce.

AIM CROIT–IAM CARES is a non-profit organization funded by the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité Sociale (MESS) and sponsored by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (AIMTA).

In our opinion, ability is what matters most.
