A: All documents that are relevant to a job search, including your résumé, letters of reference, lists of companies, recent job offers, etc. A medical certificate and/or audiogram, if you have one, is also required.

A: Yes, for both job seekers and employers.

Q: Must I be a member of the IAM to take advantage of your services?
A: No. Our services are available to all individuals with a physical or sensory disability as well as to all employers.

Q: Concretely, what form do your services take?
A: We conduct individual meetings with job seekers and contact them on a regular basis.

Q: Is there a waiting list?
A: You will meet your counsellor for the first time within 10 working days following your application.

Q: How old must I be to use your services?
A: You must be at least 16 years of age.

Q: What types of jobs do you find?
A: We find jobs in virtually every field of activity.

Q: How can you help employers meet their needs?
A: After an initial screening, we are in a position to recommend candidates who meet your required profile. Your application will be processed free of charge within 48 hours.
