of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AIM CROIT-IAM CARES has gained the trust and confidence of employers- both unionized and non-unionized- across Canada. Established
in 1988, we have years of experience in matching the needs of employers to the skills
of persons with disabilities. To date, we have found competitive employment in a wide
range of fields for thousands of persons in Montreal alone. We have learned
