Eligibility criteria:
• Be between 16 and 30 years old
• Have a physical and/or sensory limitation
• Be part of a visible minority
• Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• Live on the Island of Montreal
• Not get employment insurance or social assistance during the program

13-week course includes:
• Workshops
• Presentations by employers
• Volunteer days
• An internship in a business setting
